Such a pleasant surprise! My Fiancé and I came up for an overnight stay to Ski Brule and wanted somewhere close by. Exactly what we needed for the night- no frills but very cozy. Mark and Bonnie were great hosts and we enjoyed the onsite breakfast before hitting the slopes!

The property is a great stay, it is affordable and the owners are very attentive to customer needs. A clean and comfortable room. I will be back on future trips.

The room was a good size, however, there was no way to regulate the heat to a comfortable level. It was extremely hot in the room, we had to open the windows in an attempt to cool it down a bit. The knob on the air conditioner was broken. The mattress was very uncomfortable and saggy. Overall for the price it was "okay" but I probably would not stay there again if I was in the area.

We stay at Lakeshore Motel every year when we stop in Iron River during our UP trip. We love the beautiful lake (Ice Lake), cozy cabin-style rooms, and kind hosts. We enjoyed looking at the northern lights with Bonnie this year! Very memorable trip, and I’d recommend Lakeshore Motel to anyone staying in the area!
