This property was exactly what I needed it to be: clean, close to the airport train and a good sleep. I arrived late and wanted a full sleep so I booked a room with no windows. If I were staying longer I’d want to book one with windows. The breakfast was enormous and had something for everyone. It was an easy place for a stopover and to have a fabulous day in Stockholm. They have a great lobby to hang out in and luggage storage that is convenient.

Had the most amazing stay here! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, bar has loads of options and entertainment options are aplenty. Perfect location, comfy beds, and a breakfast to die for! Rooms are slightly small but not an issue if you’re out and about constantly, plus there were suites available which were much bigger if necessary. Highly recommended!

It is unique as most of the rooms are underground and have no window. This takes a bit of get used to and we knew before we booked it was windowless. The room is small but we spent most of our time looking at the tourist attractions so the room is not the most important thing. Location is also great as it is central and next to bus and rail, easy connection to Arlanda airport. The breakfast included with the room makes up for it. One if the best breakfast offerings we have experienced. We travel a lot so this breakfast stands out. Thank you Thon Brun. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location is good, few minutes walking from the central train station. Check was smooth. Unfortunately the bedroom I chose it says queen bed, but actually it is not 160, it double with 140cm width, it is confusing and should be corrected and clearly follow the standard measurements of bed sizes; Queen is 160cm width and double is 14cm not the opposite. Room area not bad, bathroom size good, but shower area with a curtain. No tray or shelves to put the towels!! Although there plenty of locations to fix one. Breakfast is very good, but at busy times the setting area is not enough to accommodate the guests. The room without cloth closet, although there is an area for it. When you open the tap water, you could hear the water pipes making sounds in the wall. The elevator next the reception going to lower floor is not functioning, to use the other elevator, you have to walk long distance to get to your room

Had a room in the basement, with no windows. Good size. Very basic decor. Very centrally located with easy access to the airport buses, but the area is not pretty. But very good for public transport. The hotel doesn't give a luxury feel but it does the job. Very friendly reception staff. I liked that you could pay 100 sek xtra per hour for late check out after 12.

The Thon Hotel is located next to Stockholm’s Central Station easy walk or bike ride to all downtown attractions. We booked the spacious Superior Double room with its own Sauna & Spa & a very, very comfortable bed. Glad we paid the extra $$ for the luxury! If this wasn’t enough, the Smorgasbord breakfast was plentiful and sumptuous. The staff were all amazing. Need to mention Vajb and Gustav who made our check in process seamless. Also worth mentioning were Tanja and Theodore - Nothing was too much trouble for them. From requests for milk and extra tea bags for our room or just chatting about how our day of exploring had been. Our housekeeper Shreen was super efficient and had cleaned our room to perfection whilst we were at breakfast! Great stay with Thon.

I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again when I return. The location is amazing. It’s right across from the bus station. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. There was such a variety of different foods to choose from. They even made me a packed breakfast to go because I had to catch a 3 AM bus to the airport on my last day. Best hotel ever with the nicest hotel staff.

Convenient location right by bus stops and train station. We chose below ground windowless room to save on cost which was worth it to us since we only sleep in the room. Room was small but functional and breakfast was good. Nice big lounge where guests could hang out in evening.
