2/10 Poor

DO NOT GO HERE!! When I arrived I was given a room on the 4th floor. As I walked away and asked for the elevator and it wasn’t not working. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor. When I got to that room the AC was not working and the room dirty smelled mold. I walked out and asked for a refund and then was told I had to call the manager on Monday to ask for one.

8/10 Very good

The area was safe and paid a good price. No real complaints about the stay except the tube facet leaked and dripped the whole 2 weeks. If needed, I would stay again.

6/10 Good

Had to wait 10 minutes for check in because front desk lady was involved with something else and was nowhere around. Be sure to wear house shoes in room because the floors are filthy. Otherwise, the stay was ok.

4/10 Fair

The entire room just felt damp, as if the humidity was 100%. The handle to the bathroom door was missing. The shower curtain was missing. The bathroom sink was so loose I think only the water pipes were holding it in place. The cabinets had veneer that had been pulled off. To their credit, it does appear they are trying to make improvements, but my room fell far short of basic acceptability.

Very pet friendly. Very friendly staff. Only negative would be no ice machines, but that’s 1 way that they keep the rates so low.
