Check-in estava um caos. Mesmo iniciando às 14:00, alguns quartos não estavam prontos às 15:30 e as pessoas querendo descansar pra maratona no dia seguinte. Não tinha toalhas e após pedir 2 vezes, recebemos toalhas somente de banho às 18:30. Sem toalha de rosto ou de piso. Quarto velho, com mofo. Algumas pessoas relataram problemas e até troca de quarto por problemas. Somente um elevador funcionando. Pontos positivos: café da manhã iniciou mais cedo por causa da maratona. Simples, mas ajudou. E tivemos sorte do quarto com vista da ponte.
