The staff were great, but unfortunately the amenities left alot to be desired. It was dated and tired. Pool needs urgent tile repairs. The main bed in our apartment should have been replaced yrs ago. Tile grout needs a scrub.

We’ve stayed here before and already had an idea what to expect. The rooms are good size with a kitchen. The hotel is run down but we don’t mind it given the location and parking. The cost of the rooms is a good price for a family staying on the Gold Coast. It’s not five stars but a good three stars given the age of the property. We plan to stay here again if it’s still standing
