Poor management, limited services, terrible food, lots of bugs and fly in the dining room on the food, shortage of drinks, long lines in the dining room for getting soda or tea. Too crowded and noisy.
They were not responsive, Before we arrive and see how terrible it is, we asked to extend our check out dates, the reservation department over the phone confirmed the availability and possibly to do it; however, it should be requested through the agency which we did. Our deal was non refundable, but they said if they couldn’t accommodate our extension, I could cancel without penalty.
I communicated with different agents at Orbitz and they tried to communicate with Ramada for either extension, cancellation with or without penalty. However, no one got back to Orbitz so they could resolve the problem.
I ended up reserving another hotel for another 2 nights after we stayed for two nights at Ramada.
When we arrived, our room was not ready. We were given two rooms one in 1st floor and the other for my parents in another floor.
The foods in snack bar was terrible served in recusable plastic dishes. No blankets and bathroom vanity kits available. After requesting blankets, we were given quilts. The issues are on and on.I never book a non refundable especially at Ramada because they trap people with the no refundable deal.
We have stayed in many resorts in the past two weeks in Turkey which all were excellent.
Never stay at Ramada. Not sure why no one wrote a correct review.
