A decent hotel for the budget. Breakfast was simple, parking adequate and the pool looked nice (though we didn’t go in). The rooms are a bit tired. Our bed sheet was ripping and coming away from the mattress and the floor was dirty. WiFi was variable. Nice staff.

No anúncio dizia quarto com lareira, mas o funcionário disse que não podia ser usada, porque a chaminé esteva vedada. O freezer tinha ferrugem. Os utensílios não estavam em boas condições. O chuveiro saía pouca água e não esquentava muito. Foram três noites de clima frio e chuvoso. No geral o chalé 9 precisa de reformas. O café da manhã é simples.

A pousada possui vários tipos de acomodação, a que fiquei era denominada "Quarto casal romântico". Tv pequena, não conseguia ler as legendas, móveis antigos (até bonitos, de antiquário, mas o odor não estava bom no quarto), não tinha tomadas extras disponíveis. Na saída notei que tinham acomodações mais "bem conservadas", chalés mais novos, de repente a experiência seria diferente.O café da manhã bem fraco... Pousada cheia, não conseguiam repor, alguns desistiram de se alimentar. A dona até bem agradável, uma simpatia... Área externa excelente, piscina grande e muito limpa mesmo com tempo frio.

Esperava outra coisa do que vi… vendo as fotos e comentários minha expectativa foi bem alta, achei que ia ser uma acomodação mais reservada, com rede etc e até que parecia ter essas opções em algumas acomodações, mas só vimos de longe… a nossa foi uma do lado da recepção que tem uma casa em cima e ainda uma do lado, fora outros quartos também grudados e tiram totalmente a parte da natureza e privacidade, não gostamos. Além disso, luminária que era pra criar um clima romântico na banheira, mas não tinha nem tomada próxima e nem lâmpada na luminária, não fazia sentido… o quarto que pegamos estava bem descuidado, não sei os outros, mas o nosso estava assim… Café da manhã simples, mas ok, só o suco que infelizmente foi muito ruim mesmo…

O hotel em si tá da um expediente única com a natureza, tem uma piscina bem grande o café é justo pelo valor pago, porém trago um feedback construtio: O buffet de café tem sempre as mesmas coisas. Poderiam ao menos várias nas frutas e frios. Os quartos em si são bonitos, porém fiquei em 2 diferentes e apresentaram cheiros muito fortes, vejo que não é falta de limpeza, mas sim de infraestrutura. Mas tenho certeza que é um ponto que possa ser melhorando, pois o local tem muito potencial. A equipe no geral é gentil e solicita.
