It is a lovely place with a great breakfast. All team is kind and friendly. Bath towels are a bit worn out, better towels would move them to a 5-star review. Great place to stay while exploring Parque Nacional do Itatiaia and Penedo.

A decent hotel for the budget. Breakfast was simple, parking adequate and the pool looked nice (though we didn’t go in). The rooms are a bit tired. Our bed sheet was ripping and coming away from the mattress and the floor was dirty. WiFi was variable. Nice staff.

O hotel em si tá da um expediente única com a natureza, tem uma piscina bem grande o café é justo pelo valor pago, porém trago um feedback construtio: O buffet de café tem sempre as mesmas coisas. Poderiam ao menos várias nas frutas e frios. Os quartos em si são bonitos, porém fiquei em 2 diferentes e apresentaram cheiros muito fortes, vejo que não é falta de limpeza, mas sim de infraestrutura. Mas tenho certeza que é um ponto que possa ser melhorando, pois o local tem muito potencial. A equipe no geral é gentil e solicita.

O quarto tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, o banheiro nao estava limpo e as roupas de cama estavam com cheiro bem ruim. O cafe da manha bem fraco. Levei um casal de amigos e passei vergonha. Acho que precisa de uma reforma total. A piscina tambem estava suja. Uma pena porque o local e muito bonito.

Uma grata surpresa. Pousada localizada a 4 km do centro de Penedo, há 5 minutos de carro das Três Cachoeiras. Lugar tranquilo, silencioso, confortável, uma bela piscina, redes para descanso, área gramada, espaço para jogar vôlei, estacionamento, wifi pegava bem em todos os locais. Café da manhã variado, quarto com tv a cabo, frigobar, chuveiro e cama (que na minha opinião, poderia ser mais firme). Sugiro à pousada colocar uma faixa de anti derrapante nos degraus e no piso da piscina para evitar acidentes (quase caí).

Muito boa a estadia em Penedo . A Aconchegos tem um espaco muito bom , piscina , muito verde , bom cafe da manha , a 5 min do centro da cidade. O staff e muito simpatico .
