チェックイン受付は女性2人、チェックアウトは加えて男性が担当されてました。それぞれ丁寧に受付してもらってなんの問題もありませんでした。電源アダプタも自然な流れで必要かどうか切り出してもらったおかげで借りることができ助かりました。 部屋も普通に清潔で快適に過ごすことができました 立地もコスパも良かったので、また機会があれば利用したいです。

エレベーターの故障に遭遇した以外は良かったです

日本で言うところのビジネスホテルというたたずまいでしたが、都会のエリアにあることを思えば値段と部屋等のバランスは十分取れていると思いました。フロント等のサービスも申し分なかったです。 ただ、出かけていて夜に戻ってきたときにエレベーターが故障しているということで20階近くまで狭く通気の悪い階段をスマホのライトで照らしながら上るハメになったのはかなり体験としては悪かったです（幸い現地の人が一緒にいてくれたこともあって意思疎通ができたのは運が良かったと思います。私一人だったらどうにもならなかったかも）。 エレベーターは一応2基あったようですが片側しか動かしていなかったのかもしれません。

空港行きバスの停留所も近く、交通の便もよく、どこへ行くのもスムーズでしたが、タオルに毛が付いていたり、開けたばかりの綿棒が汚れていたり、仕入れ先を変えた方がよいのかも。。。 一階にはドアマンもいて、お風呂はシャワーも強く、水はけもよく快適でした。
