The property was beautiful. Our rooms were great, as expected from Santika. The entire property was very clean and neat. They did have a protocal for Covid,and, they were very clear in the restrictions and enforcement. The breakfast buffet was "amazing" according to my daughters. All Indonesian food, but well made. Not a very impressive hotel
Given the name with a status Premiere, it does not reflect the excellence service they should have. Check-in was very slow, the alley in the floor had a bad odor of some kind of formaldehyde emission which is bothering as I stayed with my 6-month son. Bellboy was only 1 person so moving things around is really really slow when you checked-in with a lot of baggage.

Very bad isolation in rooms. Staff fixed something outside in corridor from 20pm until 3am ! It was impossible to sleep, especially for small baby, always noisy and load talking people.
