The checking in is a bit troublesome cos there is no one there to assist in check in, everything have to be done by Line. If you goes without network or Line, you will be trap there. So you want to stay in this cheap hotel, pls do prepared

I booked a non-smoke room, we didn’t mind the room is small, but the room has an extreme smoke smell, we couldn’t stand it, we turned on the air purifier all night, till check out, the smell was still so strong. We were sore throat and headache all night.

I must say I didnt enjoy my stay at this hotel. Basically its not a hotel. It a self service room just for occupancy with basic support on room service. But, if nothing goes wrong, it is ok. But the toilet flash got loose on the days and nobody is reachable. No phone and no wifi. LMAO! What was more infuriating is that my room got changed to the smallest unit at ANOTHER property, 2 street away from where i stay. Imagine my two old 70s parents walking those distance carrying the luggage up the stairs and now. There is no luggage concerige too. So if u have spare time, get risk of the luggages got stolen! Oh and i left my swim suit in the room and that auntie dont bother returning it to me when she sees us return for our luggage. Whats more! The cleaning auntie needs to get tipped in order to set our blanklets straight and top up our items in the room. Whats more?! She doesnt clean any used cups. So maybe its not within her job cause this is basically a self service room that u pay for sleep ONLY. I think hotel 81 in Singapore has better service. Shame. I can only comfort myself that at least expedia refunded me some cash voucher. Upsetting stay.

bare essentials
tiny room (that's all I needed) with bed and private bath--doesn't even have a desk; would have been nice if there was a small fridge for food storage; no laundry facilities; but really, it is just steps away from Shihlin metro station
