My wife and I stayed at the Residence Inn (Suite) for four nights in May 2025. We really liked the hotel and would pick this place again if we return to Sarajevo. The suite was quite spacious, very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly located; a short walk to the old town, but far enough away to be quiet. We are half way through a six-week trip around the Balkans, and I had the best sleep of the trip here. All the hotel personnel were lovely. I was also very happy with the underground parking and the breakfast was wonderful. Great hotel!

We booked a family room and when we got there they said that there were only bedsheets and blankets for the queen bed. The receptionist argued that the hotel was fully booked and that there was nothing to do about it, we were not entitled to get a refund.
