You get what you'd expect from a decent love motel
It was a decent option but nothing special. Would stay again during high season when other hotels are gouging customers because of demand.

I wanted to write even more negative things...
Hotel is within walking distance of the beach and other points of interest. The check-in process was easy. Room was tidy and clean, but also humid. The AC had clearly not been running for several days; there was a mildew-esque odor lingering about the room. The top of every mirror was covered in moisture. Upon turning the AC unit on, it weakly blew air out for several minutes before I turned it off, then back on manually. This fixed the problem. Mouse/keyboard cables were disconnected, and the only access panel was on the other side of the desk against the wall which was carved to prevent people from pulling the desk out. I returned to room later that night to find that everything was turned off and the room was once again unbearably hot, despite the fact that I left the card key in the power slot. The room lighting is rather poor. Shower fixtures spray water all over the floor and there's no way to prevent this situation from occurring because there isn't a shower curtain. Toilet flushes with the equivalent force of an 80-year-old man trying to get out of a recliner. Outside of these things, by far the worst part of the room is the bed: where is the mattress that goes on top of the box-spring? Not even the pillows are comfortable. The pillows used could be taped down along roads and be used as speed bumps to great effect. For the price paid, the room was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

ok but feel short
rooms look and over all condition were ok but there were two hair brushes in room that had hair in them kinda weird. Also they had ash trays in the rooms and we could smell smoke wafting from other rooms so bad it made my wife ill. Another really bad thing was wifi it did not exist.

Great base in Haeundae
Stayed for 3 weeks. Staff were very helpful and available 24 hours. The mattress was harder than we are used to but after a couple of nights we did not notice and slept well. The room was basic but as a base to explore from it had everything we required. Fresh bottled water in the fridge daily and more in reception if you need it.

Hard bed but great stay!
The hotel location was perfect! Two minutes from the beach, right around the corner from a Thursday party and pubs and restaurants and great little market! The subway was right there and the bus stop as well! The hotel had unlimited coffee and water, the breakfast was very limited with bread and ramen but what else do you really need. We loved the hotel only thing was the bed was very hard! I didnt believe it when reading the reviews but no joke they were very hard! From a personal point of view i like to wake up to sunlight but this hotel was very dark (love motel) but other than that it was great we would stay again!

OK for the price
The whirlpool bath didn't work and the free breakfast is not available during holidays. Otherwise it was fine. The room also smelled of smoke until we aired it out. It's a few blocks from the beach and there are lots of local restaurants and other attractions.

Motel is not like hotel
Pros
Big bed, clean sheets, large tv, close to the metro station.
Cons
Family size toothpaste is provided , of course it was used now new. Nice design of the room but the floor of the bathroom looks old. Massage tub does bot work. Lights in the bathroom is far not bright enough. Air conditioner blows directly to your heads when you sleep, increase the chance ofgetting sick.
I don't know what peak season it is during early August. It costed around USD 200 each night. No breakfast provided.

Good for the price
Bed was very hard, no room service and limited service unless requested. The shower was nice, great A/C, it was clean when I showed up, check-in and check-out was easy. Computer and good wifi provided. Overall better than expected for the price.

Good location close to transport and restaurants.
We spent three nights at the Jun Hotel in Haeundae ,this didn't start well when we arrived early from an overnight flight to be told we couldn't check in till 4pm, when we did check in we asked reception for an electric adaptor to charge some appliances to be told as they were a love hotel they didn't carry equipment for long staying guests, next our air conditioner only blew fan air not cold which they couldn't fix. After this bumpy start everything went perfectly well. The room we large, clean well set up,huge TV,PC Frig, etc.The bed is very firm as others have stated. The hotel is only a short stroll to beach, resturants, bars, train station.

Make no mistake this is a Love Hotel
Check out some of the other rooms decors to prove where you are ... interesting designs! It was clean with quite a lot of added extras ... tea, coffee, kinda a breakfast Mon - Fri, toiletries, bottled water and an interesting welcome pack! Downside .. the beds were like a rock and they only cleaned by special request. The small size of the towels was ridiculous. We moved to the For U Motel which for the same money was such a better experience

Good for a weekend trip
Price of the hotel was ok. They didn't let us check in until 4pm, though. They said no early check ins, which was a little annoying since we got there at 12pm. There was a jacuzzi in the picture we saw online, but they did not give us the room with a jacuzzi.

Great facilities and location
Short 100m walk to the subway.
Very clean room. Great facilities (roomy spa bath, cable and large flat screen television, very quiet owing to the two front doors - great design).
The daily breakfast (on weekdays) was especially welcome for our 5 night stay. Simple korean breakfast, but very comforting food. Great touch.
Warm and welcoming staff.

Worth the stay
This motel is surrounded by about 40 other hotels. It is just about as close to the beach as you can really get. The restaurants and bars are only about a 5 minute walk. Room was clean and staff spoke good English.

great location comfortable room
As a an overnight stay it was acceptable. Comfortable bed and well laid out room with separate spa bath and shower. We did appreciate the little extras which sometimes lack in hotels in Korea, such as the tea, coffee and water that was provided as complimentary. Down side was the smell that permeated the room from outside, and not sure about the tubes of toothpaste and lotions. We usually provide our own or expect to see unused sealed shampoos and tooth paste provided. OK for the price of the room.

Nice place, uncomfortable sleep
This motel is super close to the subway stop. Just a few minutes walk and near a ton of bars and restaurants and the beach. We stayed for a long holiday weekend and the price is fair for the location. Condition of the room was nice- spacious, huge tv and jacuzzi tub- but quality of the bed was terrible. It was like sleeping on a rock so if you're looking for a comfortable nights rest, look else where.
Also, it says that there is free breakfast but apparently only on weekdays. We were there for a holiday weekend and they didn't offer anything but free bottled water.
