You need more than 3 days to enjoy the whole area as it is large. We self drive but I think it would have been good to have combined a wine tour as well

A short walk or drive just across from the roundabout there are a few dining options. We had Thai at the Japanese Restaurant and it was very good. There are tables outside also which can be good for a warm night.

Pokolbin was a wonderful place with lots to do, it's fortunate that it kept us entertained enough to not worry about our accommodation.
"All staff were friendly and committed to doing a great job. Room was comfortable and clean. Buildings are located in an extensive park-like setting. Guests have free access to indoor swimming pool, tennis court, basketball hoops and push bikes. Outside fire pits are a nice touch."
