Excellent room, Club room with breakfast included was great. Club lounge with pool was ideal for relaxing. Only slight criticism is layout of shower resulting in flooding bath area every time it is used.

6/10 Good

I never am a picky guest, but after choosing a club room I was expecting better service. Staff were often hard to find on the club floor... not just once but throughout my stay. When they were available, common requests were often met with a grudge. The elevator setup/ design of the hotel is difficult. Lots of time spent in the elevator maze. The building looks cool from the exterior though. And the actual club floor and pool is very nice

Stunning views from club level. Beautiful, well appointed room. The arrival drink and pre-dinner aperitif were nice touches. Fantastic location sandwiched between picturesque Chinatown and the business district. Would definitely stay here again and feel that paying extra for the club level room was well worth it.

All ok. We had connecting rooms. Really annoying that the inter connnected doors were not locked in place. View was terrible as we had a huge building just in the face of the window. Location to mrt is good. Ko information from the receptionist regarding fasilities the hotel offer..

This was our 2nd time staying at Oasia Downtown. The location is great, right next to a subway stop but also walkable. The Club Floor room was spacious and the breakfast, pool and sundowners were great.

We stayed in one of the Club Rooms, which facilitated access to the club level with its own pool. It was very well maintained and the access to the club room for soft drinks during the day was also very handy. The evening cocktail hours were also very welcome and provided a very pleasant way to start the evening. Many seemed to feel it was sufficient for their evening meal, but we found a few snacks and drinks a great way to start our evening explorations. Staff were great and breakfast in the clubroom was adequate.

Super friendly staff and they even make effort to allow me to check-in earlier at 11:30am. Room is cleaned everyday and they even made the effort to remember your birthday n sent you a small birthday cake.

Great hotel in a spectacular building. My second time staying here. I would like to mention that it is very close to a metro stop, easy walks to Chinatown and very close to a lovely Green Space walking area.
