Our favorite resort in Vietnam
Absolutely gorgeous resort! All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. I was also fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday during our stay, and Phung, our villa host, coordinated with my girlfriend to make it the most special birthday ever! We would absolutely recommend staying at this resort if you’re in the Da Nang/Hue area.

Hotel Heaven
In a formerly war torn part of Vietnam, this hotel stands as a wonderful oasis of peace and tranquility. We can't speak too highly of this hotel to which we return every year. The rooms - we stayed in a sea view hill pool villa - have fantastic views and are huge providing a real sense of space and privacy. The quality of the food is excellent as well but what makes this place truly exceptional is the quality of service. The staff are so friendly and go to huge lengths to ensure guests' stays are as close to perfection as possible. Its the little touches that we liked - lovely birthday cake and tree planting ceremony on birthdays and the traditional Vietnamese afternoon tea experience.

What an incredible and unique luxury hotel experience this was! Banyan Tree are a different type of hotel offering very personal experience throughout your stay. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and despite the weather not being on our side the hotel team did an awesome job and making up for it! We were greeting by our awesome host named Bich, who took us up to our upgraded 2-bedroom sea view villa. Due to the colder rainy weather we were upgraded to have a heated jacuzzi so we could still enjoy the beautiful outdoors and the infinity pool! This was a very classy move the the team. We were surprised multiple times a day with lovely thoughtful gestures for our honeymoon, including an upgrade, complimentary spa treatment of couples massage for 60mins, and many cakes and sweet treats. The host made the effort to converse with us at breakfast every day and ensure they're taking feedback and optimising our experience at all times. She even went above and beyond by sourcing vegetarian food options for our in-room dining as my wife is vegetarian. The attention to detail was impeccable.

We stayed in the lagoon view villa and could bird watch from the pool deck. There were kingfishers, bee eaters, jacanas, egrets and many other birds that came around. Banyan Tree Lang Co is a small piece of Heaven, the Villas are clean, comfortable and all have beautiful views. We were treated so well by all the staff and it felt like we were saying Goodbye to family at the end of our stay. The beach view villa, with pool and jacuzzi was amazing. A very relaxing holiday. The staff were very attentive. The beach is a vast stretch of sand with a nice wavey sea, still quite safe for bathing. A fabulous location. Very nice to have Vietnamese restaurants but we would have liked more choice. The Azura did provide an Italian menu but it was quite limited.
