Location was incredibly convenient for our family trip to Universal Studios. Until is well kept and clean. There was a delay in receiving check-in instructions due to the Hotels Ap, just was very quick to respond when we reached out. Definitely a good value for the price.

The apartment was very clean. The original post did not accommodate my group directly because of the sleeping arrangements. The host graciously offered us other alternatives and eventually upgraded us to a two bedroom at no additional charge. Unfortunately for us, the new accommodation was in an elevated building and the elevators were down on the last night leaving us to have to walk 12 flights. This is no reflection on the host, he was very easy to work with and the check in and check out process was super smooth. I hope to use this accommodation on every trip to the west cost.
