The rooms were big and spacious with necessary appliances, giving them an apartment type feel. The only downside is they replaced their luggage drop off at the front desk for those checking in really early with a gift shop.

Although the room was not cleaned well, we had an amazing experience given the atmosphere of being so close to the water and the bed facing it and watching the sunset was worth every second!!!

Room was clean but facility needs overhaul. Very dated and definitely shows its age. For the price I would give it a -10. Checkin staff very pleasant and helpful. Advertised as partial beach view but that was a stretch! Parking tight due to repairs being done.

Loved the location. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach. A room with a view would have been nice but the partial view worked just fine given that we booked last minute. Rooms are very spacious and, although outdated in decor, clean and well kept.

The room was on the small side but adequate for 1-2 nights. The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. The bathroom functions but needs updating. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker was a nice touch and all for a very reasonable price for Rockaway Beach. I would have liked to see some teabags for non coffee drinkers like myself. The front desk clerk was very helpful, he gave us a wine opener when we forgot ours. I would stay here again.

The only issue we had during our stay was getting locked out on the balcony. Staff was very quick to respond and we were let back in within minutes. The patio door probably needs some maintenance. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

The Queen Oceanfront room wasn’t anything like the picture on the website, the room had been nicely updated! A nice surprise! Check in was a breeze and views were great! Nice lil quiet spot, will be back for sure! Thank you!
