I have to admit this place exceeded my expectations. Clean, well appointed and maintained. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing negative to add. I think I may have been thinking of the Comfort Inns of my youth, this was definitely a big upgrade from those experiences.

By far the nicest Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at Clean rooms. Well maintained property. Easy on/off access from I-90. 24 hour casino shuttle. Well above average breakfast. Disappointed that the spa tub was under repair.

10/10 Exceptional

Comfort Inn has been around for some time so because of that, I was nervous that the property would be dated, not kept and smelly. This was not the case. This Comfort Inn was spotless, smelled clean, and staff was wonderful. We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end! A shuttle service was also provided to and from Turning Stone. My husband and I would go back in a heartbeat.

6/10 Good

This is a pretty noisy place. Don’t know if walls are thin or what but you hear toilets flushing and people up and down the hall all night.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The pool is a glorified hot tub so don’t plan on lap swimming. The breakfast was nothing special—closes quite early (9) and no bananas! Beds & room was nice, but the bathroom a bit dated.

2/10 Poor

Hotel was disgusting more like a Motel 8 .I booked a 2 night stay and had to change rooms due to the dirtiness of the 1st room and had picture to show.Room was change but had issues as well went to Hampton Inn at 4am to see if I could get a room but since it was sold out I had to wait until 11am to get one so me and my family had to sleep with lights on due to bugs and really lacked a nights sleep did not stay the 2nd night so they only refunded the 2nd night that I didnt stay they should have refunded the 1st night due to no sleep and issues plus the TV didnt work to well and the desk clerk said they were aware but nothing was done.As being a previous Travel Agent they should have gave me the refund for the nightmare .The only thing that was done was corporate gave me 10k points which gets you nothing but at least they tried to were the only didnt do much...IF youir happy staying at a Red Roof Inn this compares nothing more.

Very nice overnight stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is solid, as expected from a hotel in that category. Dining options are a bit far and require driving. That would be my only (very minor) criticism.

The room was very clean as usual, the breakfast was also very good and fresh we have stayed there 3 times now and will definitely go back. The only complaint was checking in was very slow and the attendant was more concerned about a personal call.

Everything is excellent in this hotel except the sauna wasn't working and the bath tub can use a renovation.

I absolutely loved the stay! I usually have a lower budget for traveling and at first was hesitant because it was a little higher. I’m personally glad we stayed there! Our trip was based on going to the casino with my client that I help bring into the community with disabilities. Check in was very easy, I was delighted to find out they had a 24 hour shuttle from the casino! The pool was small but clean. We were sad to find out the hot tub wasn’t working, but everything else was great! I had forgot a toiletry and was able to get one at the front desk at no charge! The lighting outside helped me feel safe when transporting things in late at night. The breakfast was delicious and easy to access! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was good with lots of variety for everyone’s tastes. The common room where we had breakfast was very tidy and they were quick to keep up with it. The courtesy shuttle to the casino for dinner was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area in the shade for a little peace and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Have stayed twice now over the last 6 months. Both times the staff (I wish I knew her name, same lady both times)) was incredible. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable.

Everything was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good! Only complaint is the hot tub wasn’t in service.

2/10 Poor

Although the rooms were clean staff was very rude. The first lady at the front desk we spoke with was very nice and helpful. However, the second lady that took the first lady stop was very rude, disrespectful, and rolled her eyes when we asked to get a shuttle to the resort. I dont know her name but she has a limp when she walks. I dont see myself coming back here because I refuse to spend my money at a place with rude staff.

Railroad trains with whistles all night long. Shower water after 10 minutes was still only tepid at best.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Room was very clean and tidy when my fiancé and I arrived. The front desk woman was super nice and helpful. The other lady with the limp? Not so much. She had a pretty condescending and nasty attitude. Unfortunately, that did throw me off a bit. Other than that the experience was great.

Room was very clean and was able to check in late at night. Although we booked a single king bed and got two queens instead and no one at the front desk said anything or asked.
