Wonderful attentive hotel
Wonderful welcome, the room wasn’t ready but was offered refreshments and lounge with comfortable chairs inc magazines to read. Room was clean and spacious. Quiet. Nothing was too great to request for. Only minor was that the breakfast room was too small and always full and had to wait for a clean table. Great location for city centre. Managed to park the car nearby with a small walk.

Under new management....
It has lost something of its character and under the new management. The choice of new artwork is quite frankly horrible - and I was not the only guest to comment on that. The touches that used to make it a real pleasure to stay there are gone - and my breakfast was not good. All in all a shame!

Very warm welcome from receptionist with a wealth of information about the city and where to eat. Very close to major shopping area but in a quiet location. Lovely comfortable bed in what is an old property but very clean and individual rooms. Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay in Bath
Great hotel, lovely room, superb breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. So ideally placed for walking into the town centre. Thoroughly recommended and we would not choose any other hotel on a subsequent visit. Only thing missing- a picture on our bedroom wall would give some additional character to the room. Maybe the last one had been sold? Thanks to all staff for a super weekend- in spite of the weather!

Great hotel experience! Conveniently located, just 5 minutes from everything. Nice spacious room, fantastic bed. Breakfast was more than expected and perfect - lots of options for protein, fruit, breads. They were very willing to accommodate allergies. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff!
