Listing was not accurate nor was the room ready for guests. It is clear this is a new listing being managed by a non-local - there was no bedding for the pull out couch, no hand soaps, no coffee, iron, hair dryer, etc. nothing shown on the listing photos or expected as a normal stay. Most of the photos are AI generated. We had to contact the host to try to get bedding so my children had somewhere to sleep - this involved several interactions with the first resulting in a housekeeper delivering sheets in a bag on the door, but no blankets. The second time we got a small blanket and by then it was very late at night. The listing also had said that covered self parking was available for an extra fee, but this was not the case. The email we got from the host the day we checked in said there was no parking and that we could use metered parking or a nearby lot for about the same amount. This was also incorrect and we found that all lots nearby would be well over double to park overnight. This is a very busy downtown type area with very little parking available on a Saturday night - we would not have chosen this room had we known the real parking details. The unit we got also had no window coverings like shown in the photos so we had bright lights shining into the rooms while we were trying to sleep. It was not a good experience and would not recommend. The location was great for being in the Wynwood area, but way too much money for a bad nights sleep and a misleading posting.
