The staff were friendly, listened and responded quickly to concerns. The staff ability to quickly respond to concerns was the highlight of my stay here. However, the hotel needs to do more with their options for breakfast. The idea that your reservation is paid for as 2 persons - your breakfast should also be for two persons and not with the option of the second person paying.

I like the ambience of the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and relatable. However, the idea of paying every bill with a debit card was a turn off. And then, the issue with hot water. This hotel is too good not to have a proper central water heating system. To call for hot water every morning in a bucket took the beauty and elegance of this hotel away for me. They can do better moving forward.
