10/10 Exceptional

I only stayed for one night on a business trip and had an early morning flight the next day, so I wasn’t able to spend much time at the hotel. However, I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay, including the excellent service from the staff, the luxurious room, the peaceful atmosphere, and the spacious swimming pool. I believe this is a hotel of exceptionally high quality. I would love to stay longer on my next visit.

New hotel with inexperienced staff. No alcohol as they don't have a licence. The meal I had on the Sunday evening was truly awful.

The road network to the hotel is very poor, so whilst this hotel may seem close to the airport, it is actually 20 minutes drive away. The check in was slow and clumsy. There is an issue with paying by Amex. My Gold Status was not recognised despite showing my app and writing the number down for the check in agent. The television in the room was not programmed in to be operational. The room though was very nice. Good shower with good water pressure. But do not expect much from the way of engagement from room service. Just be grateful you got your food. A grilled salmon took 40 minutes. They do not offer a shuttle, so you book with the hotel. But the driver, had terrible body odour and he drove like an idiot, fast, wreckless, overtaking, it was midnight, dark, and with driving standards as they are, I like I am sure many would like to get to the airport in one piece!

The location in the website is misleadingly ng and incorrect. It says 1.5kms but actually it was 10.5kms from the airport

The staff was just outstanding. The entire staff at F&B, and the front office led by Shayne (Duty Manager), have been excellent in their service. Breakfast ( the spread) was very good. Indeed 5 star experience.

Location is the only negative. This place is in a very Isolated and somewhat industrial estate. I was definitely uncomfortable for late night or early-morning flight especially when traveling alone or using a taxi service.
