Fantastic location. The reception is hard to find. It’s on the first floor and hidden out the back, which is odd. There was also no valet when we arrived and no-where to park for check in. Once checked in the basement parking is great.

The location is absolutely perfect. However, cleanliness was an issue—specifically in the bedroom, where the mattress and pillows were quite dirty and dusty. The rest of the rooms were generally fine; the main problem was limited to the bedroom, which wasn't very clean. That said, the room itself is beautiful, the view and atmosphere are great, the location is excellent, and all the staff are lovely.

Excellent location with plenty of space in the 3 bedroom apartment but the elevators were frustrating. They didn’t seem adequate for the capacity of the hotel. Make sure you allow an extra 20 minutes to wait each way for the elevators.

Best place to stay in Surfers Paradise - right on the beach and plenty of food options at Cavill Ave. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished with semi-housekeeping - daily change of towels and making of beds. Breakfast is absolutely delicious.
