10/10 Exceptional

It’s not a four star hotel, of course. But it gets 5 stars just on the INCREDIBLE VALUE and friendly staff alone. My room was clean and quiet. Thank you Kamal

8/10 Very good

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Nothing great but nothing terrible either. The room we had was a *bit* messy (dirty floors that needed a good mopping), but the bed was clean and comfortable. It's definitely not luxury, but you're also not paying luxury prices. It's a cheaper hotel, but it was (mostly) clean, comfortable, and in a great spot in the city. The staff was also very responsive when our room card kept resetting, though that was definitely was a pain point for the trip.

2/10 Poor

I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and broken furniture for the clothes to go in. The room itself was big, with plenty of space to add a seating area, but there was none. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will be turning them in to the BBB for false advertising and unclean properties.

First this was an absolutely terrible place! They have NO-ONE ON SIGHT! You have to check at a kiosk that is slow and wouldn’t print the keys! On top of THAT There was NO Toilet Paper in my room! And only One Awful Towel! The keys did NOT Work after Midnight! And the Breakfast was NONEXISTENT! No Coffee in the Room either! Yes it was Cheap but it should have been FREE!
