This was the BEST location for our first trip to Tokyo! It is located about 2 min away from both the JR Ebisu train station and the subway lines. It was so easy hopping on the train (not during rush hour) and showing up in Shibuyu or Harajuku in 2 stops.
There are a million restaurants to choose from featuring all the different foods from around the world. They even have a KFC next door. Also super close were convenience stores, pharmacies, and the Ebisue Shrine.
The staff were very helpful and we were still able to communicate with them despite us not having learned ANY of the language. That was our bad. The hotel was clean and amenities like toothbrushes, washcloths, and hygiene kits were provided for free.
The breakfast was amazing every time! It's a half buffet where you get to pick up items like salads, soups, yogurt, a variety of breads and pastas, in addition to ordering one main dish such as French Toast, Herb Chicken, or Avocado Toast with Shrimp and solf boiled egg.
The bathroom in the deluxe rooms were amazing! It has a deep bathtub and a rain shower. The toilet has its own closet, but comes with two different bidet options and a remote flusher. Our room even had a combo Washer/Dryer.
The rooms are small and a bit hard to navigate with two adults a d a child, but the space issue is nothing compared to what you get in amenities, breakfast, and location.
Definitely consider staying at this hotel. My family loved it!
