I loved everything about this hotel, other than at the time we stayed not everything was open with the water parks and lots of things are under construction at the moment, I would say when they have everything open this would be a 5 star hotel tho! Lots of food options and things to do and the staff keep you up to date daily on this as well. Check in was easy and getting around was easy after you find your way and get the hang of it. Parking is slim at night on the weekend that was one of the only downsides as well but that's expected. Would stay here and again and recommend anyone to stay here as well.

Our kids had a blast. The staff are so friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We got to check in early at 12 and our room was ready. The next day we checked out at 11 but got to stay the whole day at the waterpark. Will definitely be back in summer for the outdoor pools etc.
