I was unable to locate the hotel for my reservation. My Uber driver and I spent a long time searching, but the location listed on Google Maps was incorrect. The address provided led us to a completely different hotel, and the reception there informed me that this happens frequently — many guests arrive there by mistake because of the same incorrect listing.
They even advised me not to stay at that property. I also tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one ever answered. Expedia representatives were also unable to reach the property to assist me.
Given these circumstances, I was unable to check in or use my reservation, and no refund was given to me. Extremely frustrated.
