It was a great stay at the Golden Ship. Very unexpected amenities and extras in the room that made it a pleasure to stay there. Not many of the staff speak English which is unfortunate, but not much else negative to say as I am sure this will change over the coming years.

Good hotel. Staff is polite. Clean hotel. Negatives. The room had a water flood so carpet was washed out and has some smell. Clearly it was treated but not enough. Only one type of pillows in hotel. It was uncomfortable for me.

الخدمة سيئة جدا جدا لا يوجد اهتمام بالعميل الفندق ممراته وطرقات الغرف مثل المتاهة لا يوجد خدمة استدعاء سيارات لنزلاء الفندق لايحرصون على ايقاظ النزيل صباحا كما اتفق وطلب منهم الوجبات غالية جدا وهي في الجودة اقل من السعر
