We had a wonderful four week stay at Palmilla Sunscape in beautiful Mazatlan and would happily return.
The condo itself was lovely and very functional, with all appliances in excellent working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own washroom, which made staying as a group so comfortable and convenient. The additional half washroom on the main floor was also very handy.
The property manager we dealt with was absolutely amazing. Any small issues were rectified immediately, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. It made such a difference knowing support was always just a message away.
The location was excellent, with easy access to Farmacia Guadalajara, Kiosko, and several great restaurants nearby. The beach was just a five-minute walk away, which made daily strolls by the ocean effortless and enjoyable. There was also convenient bus access right across the street, making it easy to explore more of Mazatlán without needing a car.
The condo complex is quiet, safe, and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Palmilla Sunscape to anyone visiting Mazatlán.
