"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel overlooking the Bacalar Lagoon. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the turquoise lagoon was truly unforgettable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Bacalar. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh, delicious options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The combination of the incredible lagoon views, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made this stay truly special. "Me encantó el hotel, es muy íntimo y el cuarto muy limpio los servicios de comida muy buenos pero el único detalle fue que la llave del jacuzzi estaba algo deteriorada que casi no salía agua y fueron a regalarla. Cuando active las salidas del hidromasaje salió mucha basurita le comenté a la chica pero ya no me contestó.
