Excellent area to stay. On tram line, plus walkable distance to old town. Right on the water where you can enjoy the nightlife or afternoon stroll Hotel is not manned with a reception so you must understand you need to wait until check in time to get the code for door. Room was spacious and clean with pretty much anything you’d need.

Fantastic aparthotel in Prague close to the famous Dancing House. Check-in was easy, the room was just as expected and very comfortable, and we had a room overlooking an inner courtyard, so it was extremely quiet, despite being in a large city. The hotel is about a 20-min. walk to the historic district. We didn’t try the public transit system because Prague is an extremely walkable city, but the location was very convenient for most major attractions.

The apartment very clean and modern, located in a quieter part of town, overlooking the river but has excellent public transport links to the old town (still only a 15 minute walk). Communication by phone was excellent, but messages sent via the Hotels.com app were never answered. We had an issue with a wasp nest on the balcony which rendered it unusable and this wasn't resolved since the message hadn't been picked up by them. However they did offer us a discounted late check out when I pointed this out. One other point for improvement would be a welcome pack with complimentary tea and coffee and an information book about the apartment and local area. Otherwise we had an excellent stay in a very nice apartment.

We loved our stay at this place, everything was very clean and welcoming. The location is great, you can get anywhere on foot, tram or train, close to most places, shops and restaurants. Amazing views of the River and very quiet environment. Easy to check in and check out. Host very responsive to any questions and very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property, great place to stay in Prague.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, I had a view of the river. The accommodation is nice and clean, but what was unacceptable was the bed, I have never seen such a creaky bed in a hotel, the mattress is normal, the pillows are bad, the duvet is short, unfortunately the whole impression of the holiday was spoiled by the fact that I did not sleep for 3 days, because it was not possible and I was looking forward to going home. But otherwise I would have been very satisfied.

Its a terrible stay. There is bo ac in the apartment, therefore you need to leave the windows open. The amazing river views you say! Well those amazing river views come with a ton of noise. Everyone with a motorcycle, fast car with exhaust, etc wants to speed down this road creating a ton of traffic noise. Not to mention, with a combination of everyone smokes in Prague (possibly the lower levels out of their hotel windows and right at main door) and that there is numerous bars near by, your room is invaded with constant cigarette smoke. This hotel is also not the best centrally located. Be prepared to walk or tram everywhere. Also the hotel room stunk. There was a weird greasy restaurant smell (if you ever worked at a restaurant -faint grease trap) coming from the sinks area. We thought we could turn the fan on and leave windows shut, but it made the smell even worse. This place is awful.

What a perfect location for a stay in Prague. The apartment had everything we needed and matched the photos with exception of the laundry machine. There was not washer or dryer in the unit. We were there during a heat wave, so just be aware that there is no air conditioning. It was quite warm in the apartment. We reached out to the host multiple times and were disappointed that we never recieved a response.
