Small boutique hotel, no big sign.. just a door in the middle of the block. Once inside the staff were very helpful and guided us to to our room. The room was very modern and clean. Very quiet and only about 3 blocks from the central train station. With many stores and restaurants inside if desired.

We had no idea what to expect when travelling to Rome. The entrance to the suites is very understated however as soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the door and were helped with our bags. The check in process was very smooth and the staff was so helpful. The wifi was great. The room was very clean, well stocked with extra pillows and blankets, and the AC worked exceptionally well. There was a rain shower that worked gloriously after a day in the heat, exploring the sights. It’s a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini and about a 30 minute walk from the major sites including the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps. We walked back late at night and felt very safe.

The Foffo Suites are an absolute gem! Emilya and her parents do wonders to make you feel at home. The room is cleaned daily and the breakfast is well worth the 7 Euro/person. We were within walking distance of most of the sights with the furthest being the Vatican City which is a little over an hour away on foot. Do yourself a favour, book Foffo Suites!

We flew into and back from Rome on the way to Naples. We liked the property so much the first time that we canceled our booking at a different place and booked again at Foffo. The staff really is responsive to our requests and super friendly. The breakfast was superb for such a small place. Our room had a little patio, which was great (and cool) for me to use my computer in the morning. The location is fantastic. It is very close to the train station, but doesn't feel that way. There are a few nice restaurants a block away. The whole property was clean with a modern feel.

Great stay for our first visit to Rome. Property was very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. Emilya checked us in upon arrival and was most helpful with public transportation information and tips without our asking. This was very much appreciated as we would have figured it out but she saved us a lot of time by doing this. Breakfast every morning was such a treat and prepared by the sweetest lady. We would rate this location 5 star simply for proximity to Termini Station. Less than a 10 minute walk and we had train, bus and taxis at our fingertips. We would definitely book Foffo Suite again upon our return.

The property is located only a few blocks from Roma Termini, which is quite convenient, is clean, has nice amenities (like a refrigerator in the room and great air conditioning). The hosts are quite pleasant and gave good recommendations for eating nearby. There is a private outdoor space that is quite nice and relatively quiet, given that you’re in the middle of Rome. Note that the information says that breakfast is available for a fee, but that is not the case - but again, hosts have good recommendations. My only concerns were that the WiFi went out on two different days, and I wasn’t sure what I needed to do to checkout (and I messaged the hosts through the app the day before but received no response). They have left a phone number at the front desk to call for questions or concerns but my international cell plan doesn’t allow calls and the hosts are not on WhatsApp.
