Great hotel with self check in facility, free laundry and the rooms were very clean and modern. The hallway corridors may need to change the carpet though. I would highly recommend to stay here.

This was a very comfortable room in an area that was close to everything. We really liked the set up of the room We were traveling with 2 teen girls so they had their privacy and own space on the upper bunks. The beds were comfortable. The check in process was a little difficult. There is no staff on site so it was self check-in, which we knew in advance. The initial check-in was simple, but then you had to place a call on a supplied tablet in the reception area to verify your check-in. It was a little difficult to get ahold of someone and the reception was spotty. The girls checking in before us had to try to call about 5 times before finally reaching someone. We asked them not to hang up so we would not have to go through what they went through. Once this process was completed, everything else was great. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

ファミリールーム宿泊。 広さ、設備、部屋の清潔さ本当に申し分なかったです。 画像通りのお部屋です。 部屋のセーフティーボックスが暗証番号を設定するもなぜかエラーになり利用することができませんでした。 洗濯機が設置されて便利ですが乾燥機については期待しない方が良いです。ほとんど乾きません。

◯メリット 家族5人3泊4日利用。ホテルは新しくオシャレで綺麗です。 部屋は広さもありトイレや洗面台、シャワーの水回りもとても綺麗でした。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがあり、ボディタオルのアメニティもあるのはありがたかったです。 洗濯機乾燥機無料で使え、洗剤も完備されてます。 立地も大通りが一本路地に入ったところにあり夜間は静か、近くのセブンまで歩いて5分ほどです。 国際通りまで徒歩18分ほどです。 近くのお店を見ながら歩いていたらあっという間でした。 今回泊埠頭からの離島ツアーがメインの旅行でした。 泊埠頭までも車使わず歩いて行けるため助かりました。 駐車場は無くレンタカーを近隣コインパーキングに停めないといけません。 24時間500円、700円のパーキングが歩いて3分圏内に何箇所かあります。 停められないと言うこともなく困ることはなかったです。 ◯デメリット 無人のホテルゆえにチェックインやチェックアウトは予め送られてくる数字が必要になります。 チェックイン時に備えられているPadより、ビデオ通話をしてチェックインしますが、 何度も連絡しても出てくれず困りました。 4回目でやっと出てくれてチェックインできました。 外国人や若い方が多く宿泊しており、 夜間帯のチェックインの人も多いため廊下からの声がうるさくて夜中声で起きてしまいました。 無人ゆえ清掃が入りません。 もし清掃を頼むとなると3500円かかります。 3泊4日くらいなら清掃なく過ごしても特に問題ありませんでしたが、 問題はタオル交換もないことでした。 タオルは一階のQRコードを読み取りGoogleフォームに入力すると注文できると案内あったので、チェックイン当日にお願いしましたが、滞在中一度も新しいタオルにはしてもらえませんでした。 そのため毎日ホテルのタオルを洗濯しないといけず、かさばるものなので大変でした。 滞在中２台しかない乾燥機の一台が故障してしまい、ホテルのタオル含め洗濯物をスムーズに行えず結局近隣ランドリーで乾燥だけしに行きました。 無人ゆえのデメリットもありますが、 金額と立地、広さ、清潔さはとても良かったです。

Perfekter zentraler Punkt um alles wichtige zu erreichen, besonders den Hafen für die Inseln. Minimanko, nur Self-Check-in per Tablet und Kamera, nicht ganz so selbsterklärend, aber nach 15 Minuten auch hinbekommen

外国人がチェックインの際、FaceTimeの電話が繋がらないと困ってました。 無人チェックインなら、もっときちんと対応して欲しいです。 部屋はとても広く綺麗でしたが、枕の匂いが気になりました。加齢臭❓的な感じで… それ以外は、家族にとても高評価でした。
