Property was very centrally located. The staff was excellent in helping us with scheduling transportation and giving helpful advice. The room was very nice. Only issue in maintenance was the paint was peeling in the shower ceiling.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, Apollo in the front desk hand wrote us a list of recommended restaurants and Penny took care of all our questions and even arranged transport for us to the cruise terminal. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. Ideally located in what we felt was the best part of Athens we saw with lots of good shops and restaurants nearby and easily walkable to the main sites.

When I first arrived, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, which made check-in smooth and easy. The location is excellent — right in the city center, making it very convenient and walkable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so it’s easy to explore and find good places to eat without needing transportation. Our stay at Noos was fantastic! The location is unbeatable; within walking distance of the Acropolis, Plaka, restaurants, shopping, and everything you need to explore Athens. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well maintained. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Penny, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and had such a warm, friendly personality. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Noos to anyone visiting Athens!
