Amazing staff. Receptionist Peter was exceptionally welcoming, helpful in providing information, and coordinating local transportation. Waiter/bartender Kyriakos provided exceptional service—and always with a smile. Eternity Athens was one hotel where I felt truly at home. I highly recommend it for it’s overall quality, friendly staff, and central location.

From waking up every morning to a delicious breakfast to going to bed at night, this was an outstanding hotel. We ended up hugging some of the staff good bye as we felt like they were our friends at the end of our 4 night stay. The manager, Chris, was helpful and very good to deal with. The location was PERFECT for walking to the shops, the Acropolis, buses, cabs etc.

except for the garbage dumpsters at the front of the hotel. It was a wonderful place to explore Athens. Cobblestone streets, outdoor restaurants and shopping with in steps. Lovley outdoor seating area in front of the hotel.

The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. We stayed on the first floor and the street noise was bothersome.

Beautiful room, amazing view and very lovely staff. Overall a lovely stay but a few minor things slightly detracted. TV didn’t work and despite reporting was never fixed. Minibar wasn’t replenished and cleaners left dirty glasses in the room. Breakfast was lovely however the restaurant food in the day wasn’t anywhere near the quality shown in marketing photos. We would stay again but did feel we were promised more from the photos and description on the app and website.

Loved peter at the front desk! Great guy and knows metal bands! Very nice location, walking distance to acropolis. HUGE room and loved the shower pressure. Also, one of the best breakfasts we had in greece!

The most comfortable bed and the best breakfast. But they do not have a shuttle service as advertised. It was great overall!

The hotel is located in the middle of Athens. The Acropolis is just a few minutes walk away & you can book a room with a view of it. There are quite a few roof tops around the area, which could make for nice dinners & outings without the need to transport.

2/10 Poor

Not sure how the star system works in Greece, in the UK this hotel provides what would be expected from a 2 star. Room overlooked municipal bins that were emptied at 6am each morning creating a great deal of noise. The TV was broken on arrival and despite a number of requests, it was not repaired during our stay. The WiFi was very poor and would drop completely. Breakfast was chaotic and the food mediocre, although the coffee was good if you managed to get one! One positive was the central location.

The gentleman at the front desk in the mornings and the lady that was there in the afternoon were so friendly and kind. The staff at breakfast were also incredibly attentive and helpful. It was a wonderful experience all around. You can't beat the location, the breakfast, or the excellent service. The room was modern, clean, beautifully renovated. Top stay!
