This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

Limpeza do quarto não existiu, havia poeira no chão e nos armários. O ar-condicionado não funcionava. As instalações são muito antigas e mal cuidadas. O isolamento acústico é inexistente, ouve-se tudo da avenida em frente. Não há telefone para se comunicar com a recepção. No banheiro, não há onde pendurar as toalhas.

Cafe da manhã poucas opções, ovo estava muito salgado... o meu check-in só foi feito as 16h pois ainda estava "limpando o quarto" e ainda assim estava sujo com um bolo de cabelo em baixo da cama e espelho do banheiro sujo. A funcionária da recepção foi até solicita e disse que eu poderia fazer o check-out apos 12h mas meu voo era 14h eu a agradeci mas não pude ficar. Em fim um lugar ok para se dormir.

Esse hotel nao está em condicoes satisfatórias para hospedar as pessoas. Vivi vários problemas de ordem estrutural que afetaram muito o conforto e a realizacao de atividades de trabalho que eu havia previsto. Fatos: 1.Após solicitar senha de wi-fi, o atendente, de modo muito gentil, pediu que eu a solicitasse pelo whats. A informacao demorou horas para chegar. Ao acessar (em várias tentativas, em dias e horários divesos) nunca consegui acesso. Ao reclamar era dito que havia instabilidade; 2. No primeiro dia, a água do chuveiro nao esquentou. Justifiativa: problema na caldeira. No dia seguinte cedo: além de fria , a água era pouca. Só tomei banho quente na noite do segundo dia, mas já na manhã seguinte, pouca água e fria. 3. No último dia, um dos elevadores nao funcionava. Na hora do café da manhã, fila para descer, elevador lotado e gasto de tempo; 4.O café da manhã poderia ser melhor cuidado na aparência da mesa e do que era servido. Demora para reposicao de talheres. Observei que, nesse caos (compartilhado tb por outros hóspedes), os funcionários da recepção até tentavam explicar e eram gentis, mas se tratavam de problemas estruturais que escapavam ao seu controle. Uso hoteis.com há muitos anos e creio que a inserção de hotéis nessas condicões pode prejudicar a boa imagem e a relação de confiança com os clientes. Em se tratando de Brasilia e, dado o valor da diária para uma reserva em cima da hora, esperava um hotel mais simples. Mas, o encontrado foi inferior ao mínimo.

Em relação ao café a classificação é muito boa, sobre a manutenção é pessima, eles não fazem check list, eu e meu companheiro, saimos de casa já arrumados para um jantar, como chegamos tarde não tomamos banho, pela manhã quando ia direto para o trabalho as 6:00 da manhã me deparei com uma surpresa chuveiro queimado, isso é inadimissivel, um frio, eu gripada tenho que tomar banho frio, ninguem mereçe, se houvesse um check list, isso não teria ocorrido.
