6/10 Good

Well, didn’t expect much and that’s what we got. Room served its purpose, though when you flushed the toilet, water came up from the drain in the tub kinda nasty.

Pool is always empty. Room we booked days prior was not available and we had to get a one bed room with 4 people. Hallways smelled like smoke and rooms were basic and had a gross, dirty feeling. We left. And got a refund.

Although usually the place is good for the price, clean and near a good location right outside of Philadelphia. At 2 am the fire alarms started sounding and we were ordered outside by the fire department. The walls full of asbestos started to fall down, and there was no communication from the hotel staff. The whole situation was handled terribly. This has to do with the staff and not the police or firefighters who were very professional.

8/10 Very good

This hotel was located near where myself and my sons were visiting. We stayed one night and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. I thought breakfast was offered but it was not. There was coffee. The room itself was clean. The tub looked like it has spackle or something in it and the vent was dusty. The beds were comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. Probably only good for one or two nights stay.

Rooms are being remodeled. But there is 2 staff members that have made this stay awful. The older cleaning lady that is supposed to do the housekeeping has given my dad nothing but problems she complains about doing any housekeeping. My dad is disabled and she makes him leave the room with him having a bad back. And the supervisor in the mornings I don't know what's her deal but she has had a real attitude since we have been here. Other staff have been super gracious and nice to us and understanding in our situation. This has been an ok stay otherwise. Due to our situation it has been a stable roof over our head for the past few weeks which we're grateful

Dirty rooms, skinny building, unlocked outside doors, tv is from the 1980s, Internet was too slow to even stream on my own devices. Pathetic

The room was not cleaned very well. The entire end of the building where I was smelled of dogs and smoke! There no cold water in the sink, there was rust in the tub. Dog(?) fece at the back door. Very noisy.

The bank door locks of the hotel were broken so people came and went. The halls were dirty and the room although generally clean I have pictures of dirty areas in the bathroom. However what can you expect for a cheap price. IT was a small trade off fora good price. However you would think the doors would lock.

It worked for the few hours I needed to stay but the room was pretty dirty. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower was not clean. The floor had some stains/dried liquid that was visible. The beds were clean but one of the blankets had multiple holes in it that looked like cigarette burns? The whole room also smelled like smoke which is not good when the place is labeled non-smoking.

You get what you pay for.

The room was on the side that looked like people were living in the rooms. The floor was dusty. There was no iron in the room. We chose to not get the room clean just to protect our stuff. .

All of the exterior doors are propped open with rocks so people can come and go and not locked and secured. There was a dead bug under the bed sheets and the mattress is stained horribly. This place obviously caters to long term live in people and I can hear them fighting with their kids in other rooms. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I did not even bring in my bags because I’m trying to not get bed bugs.

Should change the business model to haunted house

No surprise, MOTEL 6 is a budget operation. But even compared to other Motel 6's or other budget stays, this one was awful. Missing the couch. Ironing board leaning against the wall, but no Iron. Sink backed up. When I removed the stopper, water started hitting the floor because the pipes leaked. Lots of folks hanging out in the hallways all day long. Don't know what's up with them, but it was creepy.
