Paper-thin walls & ceilings. We could clearly hear the TV from the adjacent room play ALL NIGHT through checkout. The guests above had quite the full room but at least they settled down by about 1 AM. Even though this is an extended stay, there are no real amenities in the room. No coffee maker, no dishes/silverware and the bathroom had no washcloths. Not terribly clean, either. There were food stains on a leg of a chair that dripped onto the floor and bits of stuff & whatnot under the bed. We thought that since this was a newish hotel that at it might be...nice? No, but at least the front desk was. Will ~NOT~ be staying here again. Just...wow. 2 stars for friendly front desk. One star otherwise.

This is a very nice bang for your buck place to stay when in RVA. About 10 miles from downtown if you like the city. Very clean and modern setup and the stay is always nice as Ive been here multiple times already.

I really loved our stay here! I loved the full fridge, little kitchen area in the room, plenty of outlets, large bathroom with plenty of places to hang your towel, the shower was great/plenty of hot water, and I felt extremely safe because you had to have your room key to enter the hotel at all times. My only wish is that there was a full length mirror in the room, but there is one in the hallway. All in all it was a great stay! I was impressed with it being a newly open hotel for it to be very well organized and staffed well with professional staff.

Staff was rude. Internet did not work. I did not feel safe. Quiet hours were not observed nor were they enforced by staff. No amenities in lobby.

The first week was great, staff was helpful and friendly. The second week revealed the issues, lack of general cleaning in public areas and very limited staff present. Broken card reader at entrance for 2 weeks. This place is going downhill fast.

I appreciate the atmosphere and its location; the comfort of the air conditioner I didn’t like the fact: 1) that there was no toilet cover; we had to bring one of the chairs in the bathroom to sit and oil myself; 2) that there was no floor mat for tub or after you step out of shower/tub; 3) that the soap holder is on the wall behind you; and 4) no hand towel.

A newer facility. An extended stay style complex. Arrived after midnight. Front door locked. No attendant at the front desk to notice us. Lucky another guest had just come downstairs and saw us at the front door and came and let us in. I think there was a buzzer to notify an attendant of my arrival, but not certain about that. Check-in was easy. Elevator to third floor worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette had full size over/under full size fridge. Two burner electric stove top and single sink. Nice bathroom. Good towels. Not thin but not plush. No coffee maker in room. No breakfast but instead food vending machines downstairs and a juice machine. Didn’t see a coffee machine downstairs.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mother and children, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We felt very safe during our stay. The lobby, hallways, and our room were all very clean. The parking lot and surrounding area were also well-kept, except for a few dog owners who didn’t clean up after their pets. The front desk clerk—a Black woman with locs—was kind, helpful, and efficient during check-in. While the walls are thin, the stay was still fairly quiet, and we all slept well. The mattresses were comfortable enough for a good night's rest. There are vending machines in the lobby stocked with drinks, snacks, and even essentials like toothpaste, which is a nice touch. The hotel also has a fitness room and a laundry room. One thing to note is that housekeeping doesn’t come by daily to remove trash. If you need clean towels, you have to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange them. This wasn’t a big deal for me, but it's good to know in advance.
