Willows Motel Williamstown
"The location was great and rooms were comfortable. What really stood out was the attentiveness and kindness of the entire staff."
Berkshires Untold
"Hello it was husband and I anniversary and our stay was wonderful the ambience decorations was top-tier. Our room was clean. Temperature was perfect fireplace was really cozy. The only negative thing I would say was the food and the hotel was overpriced and the taste was underwhelming."
Vacation Village in the Berkshires
"Check in Assistant talked so fast in an accent we did understand much of what she said. She seemed bored to be repeating the same lines"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsfield-Lenox-Berkshires by IHG
"Room was very clean and spacious. My husband appreciated the shower although I found the floor ( of the shower ) to be pretty slippery. Convenient location for sightseers"
Cozy Corner Motel
"Nice place to stay for the price. Breakfast was fine as was room accommodations. Bed and shower were great. plenty of places to park and front desk staff both check-in and check out Ware also great."
Maple Terrace Motel
"Room was fine. Great location. Staff was very nice and efficient. The breakfast was very limited with weak coffee."
Hotel Downstreet, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"Excellent location. Excellent adjacent restaurant "Door Prize". Will definitely stay again"
The Villager Motel
"Very clean and quiet area. Very helpful staff"
The Red Lion Inn
"Bedding and bed were lovely. excellent to have good lighting at sink as well as a magnified mirror! Often lacking in places we have stayed. AC had trouble cooling the room down until we turned it on full blast. too much ambient light from floodlight on property next door and from hall (I finally turned off hallway light which helped. ) Common areas and halls need some brightening up with fresh, lighter paint--seemed dingy. Was terribly frustrating trying to make the Nespresso machine work. We do not own one and there were NO INSTRUCTIONS. You should assume people do not know how to operate any appliances like that and should have a card with directions. We gave up and went to the Tavern where we had lovely coffee and breakfast. Also had a great dinner in Tavern after our arrival. The patch burrata salad was superb. As was our waitress."
