The hotel was clean and convenient. The hot breakfast was nice. Nice beds but pillows need improvement. Staff was nice. The street was very noisy. Sounded like a drag race. Room doors are outside. People stood outside loudly visiting until late.

BW Bennington
Nice stay at BW Bennington. Stayed here for access to ski areas in Southern Vermont. Check in easy and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order, TV, Internet, heat, bathroom. Location is next to a grocery and Walmart, and there are some chain dining options nearby. Staff helpful with other local dining options in Bennington. Standard free breakfast was OK. Motel grounds and public areas were adequate and clean. Budget lodging choice which I would definitely use again if staying in the area.

We checked in at midnight on the night of a blizzard, we entered a room that was 52 degrees, we went to the unit on the wall marked ‘heat’ and turned it up thinking the room would warm up overnight. We shiver all night and woke up with a 51-degree room. We brought this to the GM’s attention and asked for some form of a refund, only to get a denial of fault and an insincere apology. Other than being freezing, the room was dingy and outdated. Don’t stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The experience began at check-in. The person checking in (I think his name was Dustin) was very personable, efficient and professional. During our stay he also provided helpful suggestions for restaurants in town and updates on potential ski areas. The breakfast was well provisioned and fresh. The room was clean and quiet. Nice hot and powerful shower.
