Recomiendo a los recepcionistas del Hotel que, ante cualquier desperfecto que suceda (que nos puede pasar a todos que se rompa algo), siempre digan la verdad. En nuestro caso, se rompió la bomba del agua (viernes a la noche) y, en vez de decirnos que estaban intentando solucionar el problema lo antes posible (esa era la verdad) nos decían en distintas oportunidades: "En 40 minutos ya va a estar solucionado", "A las 12 hs ya tendremos agua" "En media hora ya habrá agua caliente, dejen correr el agua de la habitación para que sea más rápido".... Hubo agua recién el lunes a la mañana. También tuvimos problemas con la calefacción el sábado a la noche. En vez de decir la verdad, nos dijeron que éramos los únicos que les habíamos comentado que no nos funcionaba la calefacción, que ya lo iba a solucionar.... Nunca lo solucionó. Cuán importante es decir la verdad.
