Beautiful new hotel in Copenhagen. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was offered to us but 500 kroner per person so we opted out. Room was very clean and decorated nicely. No complaints and very fair price for room

Where do I begin? I had not felt like this in a while. The hotel was incredibly beautiful, the room was amazing, spacious, modern, clean, everything was new. There was attention to detail in everything, decorations beautiful. The gym was also great, everything you’d need, new machines and perfect atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I cannot compliment the hotel and the staff enough. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Lastly, perfect location, near the train station and very walkable to city centre. LOVED IT I was very happy and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has only just opened—literally two weeks ago—so everything feels brand new, and the rooms are spotless and fresh. The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the central train station. There are a few minor teething issues. At breakfast, for example, there was only one set of salt and pepper pots available. Housekeeping is available on request, but it’s quite minimal—primarily limited to changing towels, in line with a more pared-back Scandinavian approach (read: lazy). The junior suite is well-equipped, with both a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. However, it would be a nice touch if the hotel provided at least one laundry tablet and one dishwasher tablet to get guests started, as is common in many Copenhagen aparthotels. Similarly, a few basic cleaning cloths in the kitchen would be useful for wiping down surfaces. Overall, this is a strong new addition with a fresh feel and a good breakfast offering with a solid selection.

Hotellet helt nytt vilket märktes på att rutiner i reception ej ännu fungerade smärtfritt för de anställda. Allvarlig brist att det inte gick att komma i kontakt med receptionen från garaget så när vi parkerade och tillsammans med en annan gäst inte kom in till trappor/hissar så svarade man inte på det nummer som stod på ett litet A4 vid dörren. Av en slump ropade vi till oss en person som visade sig jobba på hotellet och kunde släppa in oss - detta måste fungera framöver! Även skyltningen för att ta sig in med bil var undermålig - vi förstår att garaget är nytt men likväl så behöver det vara tydligare! Frukost var utmärkt MEN personalen gick förbi lämnad disk på borden ett flertal gånger utan att duka av trots att man tittade på disken. Dessutom var man långsam på att fylla på mat som tog slut (youhurt, skinka etc). Personalen var väldigt trevlig men skulle helt enkelt behöva lite uppstyrning så att det var lite mer "puts och studs". Kändes också som om det saknades skyltar till toaletter i närheten av receptionen - det blev en detektivgåta innan dessa var återfunna. Me detta sagt så vill vi ändå vara tydliga med att det är ett VÄLDIGT trevligt hotell med fina rum och med perfekt läge. Ge det några månader så löser man säkert dessa små saker som kan förbättras. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Værelset rent. Vi var måske de første der boede i det, da det var første weekend hotellet var åbent. Vi hentede kaffe i cafeen og synes beliggenhed er kanon og komfort i top. Måske lidt spændende om lejlighederne kommer til at lugte af mad, fint køkken, med alt til 2. personer. Vi nød opholdet, meget stille og velfungerende :-)
