Location good. Pool ok - there's no shade to sit and relax by the pool. Room average, bed uncomfortable and sheets are low quality, not fitted to the bed. There's no kettle, must use a portable hot plate of you want warm water. For the price it's not sufficient.

Whilst the room itself was very nice, and the pool amazing, the stay was let down by several things - 1) The biggest issue was that only 1 key card is issued, with a non-refundable 50 Real being charged for a second card. This is unacceptable for a room with 2 guests who want to come and go independently (note the wall slot to operate the room lights and aircon needs this specific card - you can't even leave another random card in the slot and go out with the key). I've travelled a lot and never ever have I come across a hotel that charges for a 2nd key. 2) Reception tried to force us to wear a wristband for our stay, saying it was mandatory. Why? We're not staying in a resort or at a music festival. It's just an apart-hotel. We ripped ours off and had no issues. It was uncomfortable, it would create a white band on the skin if you're sunbathing, it clearly marks out where you're staying to any undesirable, and also would look massively out of place if you're attending a formal event. 3) The lifts were very slow - on a couple of occasions we waited over 10mins. 4) The room itself was nice enough, but there was no hook or rail at all in the bathroom for towels? Only 1 toilet roll was provided too. 5) The mini-market is self service, but only usable if you're Brazilian as it requires a CPF number to register. As a foreigner I couldn't buy anything (eg much needed water). This could be a great place but it has some crazy policies that mean we felt very unwelcome.

Estacionamento rotativo... A opção por mais vagas gerou uma organização caótica onde muitas vezes é necessário muitas manobras em corredores apertados para conseguir parar em algumas vagas disponíveis... Meu carro foi amassado sobre a caixa de roda durante o período estacionado. Quarto. Apesar de uma primeira impressão excelente, por um ambiente moderno e muito bem decorado, falta cuidado com a limpeza fina e manutenção em geral. A limpeza era apenas superficial. Airfryer e microondas sujos com restos de comida, box sujo com acumulo de sujeira nos cantos das esquadrias e vazamentos na ducha higiênica e no box. Mas principalmente... a cama e travesseiros, extremamente dura, desconfortável. Não durmi bem nenhum dia e eu e minha esposa acordamos todos os dias com dores nas costas e pescoço. Precisa de substituição urgente.

O local é limpo, bem equipado com panelas, fogão, geladeira, talheres e afins. Fica em frente a uma praia que é ótima para banho, e fica na avenida principal da praia então era possível ir a pé aos locais principais como roda gigante, pavilhão do artesanato. A piscina é ótima, com um ambiente sem bagunça.

O prédio é maravilhoso, muito limpo, bonito e seguro. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e a dinâmica de funcionamento do prédio é boa. O apartamento é confortável, a única ressalva é o sofá-cama, fomos em 04 pessoas, e ele é curtinho, não é tão confortável, mas da pra dormir. Fora isso, tudo impecável, já quero voltar a ficar lá

Flat bonito, porém precisa de mais atenção, por exemplo, pilhas do controle remoto sem bateria (tive que trocar com o do ar condicionado para poder usar) porta do banheiro emperrando, porta controles mofado, ralo do chuveiro um pouco entupido, poucos lugares para pendurar roupa de banho..... A estadia foi maravilhosa, prédio novo, tudo de muito bom gosto, o New Time é o edifício mais bonito da Avenida, sem dúvida. Há um mercadinho no térreo ao lado da recepção externa com produtos básicos para preparar o café da manhã no quarto, água mineral, etc, super nos atendeu. Só gostaria de sugerir áreas de sombra na piscina, não tem, o sol é escaldante na cobertura. Voltaremos certamente.

No geral foi boa, apenas tive problema no check-in da recepção pois não sabiam meu quarto e na foi disponibilizado nessa plataforma nem por outro meio o número do quarto. Fiquei tentando falar com propriedade e demorou muito. Achei o horário do checkin muito tarde 15h bem como o checkout 11h. O acesso na garagem também muito complicado, foi dado a placa do veículo porém o recepcionista não cadastrou no sistema e ficamos sem conseguir abrir a cancela da garagem. Travesseiros um pouco desconfortáveis. Demais tudo ok.
