We’ve stayed here 3 times now and it is definitely our go to place to stay in Saranac Lake. Close to downtown, great price, clean, cozy, and comfortable! Highly recommend if you’re just looking for a place in the area.

This property is located to the downtown area, which makes it convenient if you don’t want to drive. However, the property has seen better days. There are stains on the carpets and the furnishings are old and run down. The shared bathrooms are very dated.

Wonderful old building that has had many previous uses, and now rents out guest rooms at a very affordable rate. Well maintained, and the owner lives on-site and is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend as a great alternative to more expensive chain hotel or resort rooms.

We've been coming here for years. We met the new owners and the property manager. They purchased the property a year ago and have made improvements. It was a friendly and fun environment. I will definitely come back!
