Loved the staff. Very kind. The sheets in the bedroom of the room weren't working and the shower would not get hot so I had goosebumps while showering. Also various appliances of the breakfast were broken so there was very limited choice. There was no microwave in the room like usual, so the full experience of Home2Suites was missing. However it was still an overall stay.

Great home away from home!

Rooms were gigantic! Very roomy living space and kitchen. Refrigerator was full sized and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Automated curtains were helpful in keeping room dark. Gym was very nice too. Only issue was minor - coffee could have been stronger.

Upon arrival we were greeted promptly with a small gift bag. The bag contained a couple of waters and some snacks. They quickly got us checked in even upgraded 1 of our 2 rooms to a king. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I requested extra pillows when I called to confirm rooms the day before. To our surprise they were stacked neatly on the foot of the bed along with cases in each room. The

Property was very new and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was we stayed 3 nights and I don’t think housekeeping ever entered our room. Towels were never replaced, beds never made and I had to go to lobby to request more coffee for room.
