Great service the bus boy returned, which is a great plus which made the hotel a lot better because he would always greet you at the door and ask if you need help with your luggage prior to the other employee was there always on the phone did not even knowledge you know how or how you’re doing. It’s great that they have the original bus boy back.

The master suite was sparsely furnished, with no couch or tv in the living area and very bare decor. The bathroom did not have a door on it. The elevators are small and a bit of a hassle, and room keys only access one floor, so if you are staying with others on different floors you can't get to their floors without extra keys. The lobby is small and lacks a comfortable lounge area. Views of the mountains and city are great though.

Hotel location and security around area was okay, but after purchasing the unlimited parking pass to gain in & out access, the pass never worked and had to get a new one every time I came back to the hotel. The towels in the room never got replaced with new ones and the floors were very dirty because you can feel the dirt on the bottom of your feet after taking a shower and would need to get a towel to wipe the dirt off my feet before putting on my socks. Room service is quick, food is average but depends on what you order, but a little too pricey for the quality of food they offer.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 different times and the elevators continue to be a problem. They are too slow and frequently you see lots of guests waiting long times. Front desk staff suggests guests use the maintenance elevators as backup. Food is not great in the restaurant and very expensive for what it is. Walk outside for many other choices.
