Mahmoud and the staff were very accommodating. The facilities were clean and in good order. The room was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The area around the hotel is somewhat complicated, so it was difficult to find the entrance to the property at first attempt. I would recommend this hotel for another stay.

In the website it says airport transfer free but make it clear that only one time airport transfer free and not both ways.food was good and also packed breakfast for early flight. We enjoyed stays for 3 nights and view from the terrace overlooking pyramids.

While the hotel's surroundings may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, it boasts an unparalleled perspective of the pyramids. Mr. Ahmed's service was excellent, and the drivers who picked me up at the airport were very attentive. The tours they arranged for me were exceptional. I am very pleased with the experience I had. View of the Pyramids from the Terrace is spectacular. Chef Sultan made us great vegetarian breakfast and lunch during our visit. Convenient tour arrangements made it stress free with great staff and tour guides for the Pyramids and Luxor tours. Airport pick up was easy and convenient. Great experience for a last minute trip.
