"A lovely place with friendly staff. Very clean room and literally steps from the beach. The only thing that could have improved it would have been a kettle in the room, although they were happy to provide hot water from the kitchen when I asked. "The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotel’s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return"
