Perfect quiet location next to sea ! Comfortable rooms beds with a balcony side view of sea . Lovely terrace on 2nd floor with hot tub loungers chairs and cover from sun on half of it . Views are amazing as there is a glass balustrade all round . We had a car but there is a regular number 8 bus takes you straight into old town Zadar . Staff were very welcoming , pleasant and helpful too .

Not high on my list
Not our greatest stay. Our room was above the kitchen and outdoor service entrance where everyone smoked so we could not open our window and it was very noisy. As well my girlfriend (Croatia) asked the waiter about the name of the island in front of the hotel. He answered her back in Croatian and said she should go back to school if she didn’t know the name.
